Terms of Service

LIGA CANASTA is a free fan app for following the league: live scores, schedules, standings, stats, news, video and fan accounts. It is operated by Cronus Promotions.

Free to use — no hidden fees. The app costs nothing. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid tiers or surprise charges of any kind. Because we sell nothing, there is nothing to refund: no refund policy applies. If paid features are ever added, the price and any refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay anything.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the UK, you must be at least 16. Where local law sets a higher age, that age applies. We do not knowingly collect data from children below these ages; if we learn a child has an account, we will delete it.

Keep your password private and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate other people or create accounts to evade a ban or suspension.

When using chat, reactions and reports, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other fans, players or staff;
• post spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising;
• post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual;
• impersonate league staff, players or teams;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the app.

Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report messages and fans from within the app.

The LIGA CANASTA name, logo, team names and app content belong to the league and its partners. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reuse league marks or content commercially without written permission.

Fonts & images. The app uses fonts licensed for web use (Alfa Slab One, Rubik and Archivo via Google Fonts, under the SIL Open Font License) and images owned by the league or uploaded by league staff with permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it.

By posting content (for example chat messages), you give us the right to display it in the app and moderate it.

The app relies on trusted providers: Google (sign-in and AdSense advertising, only with your cookie consent), Supabase (secure sign-in, database and storage), and embedded video from YouTube, Twitch, Kick and Vimeo. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those features. See our Privacy & cookie policy for the full list.

We work to keep scores, stats and schedules accurate, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. Live data can contain errors or delays. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms as the app grows; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account and data.
